Personal and Group Fitness coach training out of Session NYC in Brooklyn. I work with individuals of all fitness levels to improve their physical health and athletic performance. I’m a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, primarily coming from a boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and competitive swimming background.
